This handbook is a unique manual with a step-by-step guide to applying fiscal incidence analysis as well as country studies to illustrate. CEQ signs MOU with OXFAM: Spearheaded by Ludovico Feoli, Director of Policy Area, CEQ signs MOU with Oxfam in August to develop and disseminate CEQ materials through joint future research projects and public dialogues with policy makers, think tanks, and civil society organizations on policy options to tackle inequality in different countries around the world.

The CEQ and The World Bank


"The CEQ Institute and the World Bank have jointly produced CEQ Assessments for Armenia, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Jordan, Mexico, Paraguay, Russia, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. In addition, the WB has applied the CEQ methodology in Comoros, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Mali, Montenegro, Mozambique, Namibia, Poland, Senegal, Turkey, Vietnam, and Zambia.The CEQ-based policy simulations have been especially useful in Armenia, Georgia, and Indonesia, which have since undertaken reform efforts and local government staff have been trained in Indonesia, Paraguay, and South Africa."
