Support Creative Reuse!
Contribute to our crowdfunding campaign today, and help us fulfill the need for high-quality, hands-on Creative Education programming for kids, families, and everyone else in Western Pennsylvania for years to come!
We're so grateful to have the support of many amazing artists, organizations, and businesses in our community. We hope that their generously donated perks will inspire you to learn more about them and support them!
THANK YOU so much for your support of Creative Reuse, and for promoting and preserving creativity, conservation, and community.
Thank You, Erika!

We want to take a moment to thank Erika Johnson for her many years of passionate work at Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse. We wish her all the best with future endeavours. Erika joined the organization in 2009 and became Executive Director in 2012. She helped the organization grow from a two-person operation in an attic to a thriving and essential destination for Pittsburgh's artists, educators, and families.  With her help, Creative Reuse has diverted nearly a quarter of a million pounds of materials from landfills, supported hundreds of artists and teachers, served as a model and adviser for start-up creative reuse centers in other cities, and inspired thousands of kids to re-imagine waste as a resource for creativity and a key to conservation.
We welcome Ashley Andrews, former Shop Manager and Gallery Curator, into the role of Acting Executive Director. Ashley has been with the organization since 2010 and is excited to serve Creative Reuse in a new capacity.

Creative Education Highlight!
The November Creative Conundrum Lab was a smashing success! Our conundrum material was greetings cards, which we repurposed to make colorful puppets, collages, and decorations. Our team of Creative Education volunteers stepped up to create handmade greeting cards to fundraise for programs.

Join us December 10th for the next Creative Conundrum Lab!
