HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! Merchants--Display the Flag to celebrate the 4th!
 
July 4, Old School 4th of July, The 2016 event features an amazing lineup of live music, food vendors, beer garden, car show, hot air balloon, field games, free root beer floats, mini golf and tug of war, culminating in an epic display of fireworks.

July 14, Kick off to the Port Townsend Main Street's Concerts on the Dock series featuring Kevin Mason and the PT All Stars! Seating opens at 4:30, Music from 5-7:30 pm at Pope Marine Plaza! This music on the waterfront is sponsored by the Port Townsend Main Street Program, Homer Smith Insurance, Kitsap Credit Union, Uptown Pub & Grill, KPTZ 91.9 FM, The Peninsula Daily News, The CoLab, the City of Port Townsend and generous local businesses.

July 20, Through The Wall, a collaborative project of The Boiler Room and their neighbor, Northwind Arts Center, which provides visual art instruction from local artists. Drawing the Figure and Character creation from 5:30 - 7 pm at The Boiler Room, 711 Water Street.

Main Street Promotion Committee member Bickie Steffan (right), welcomes Sierra Krader, one of the new owners of Jordini's. Located at 929 Water Street, Jordini's has a new menu and a deck to enjoy the beautiful views surrounding Port Townsend. Stop by to say hello and have a bite.

CONGRATS to Team Mad Dog--the first to cross the finish line in the NW Maritime Center's Race to Alaska! And Team Jungle Kitty won the steak knives--here's to all the brave adventurers! 

 
Happy 22nd Anniversary to Gatheringplaceproviding enrichment programs for the community with an emphasis on adults with developmental and other disabilities. They strive to encourage and nurture creativity, independence and self expression. 

July 15 - Port Townsend Main Street "LENT" Microloan Fund Low Interest Loan Program deadline. This microloan fund offers a tool for historic district businesses to offset financial impacts from emergency situations, though business development proposals will be considered. Click here for more information.

Red Raven Gallery has new owners and a new name! Welcome Sarah and Peter, new owners of the Red Dragonfly Gallery. Still located in Undertown of the historic Mount Baker Building, 211 Taylor St. Suite B2. Stop by and say hello and see what's new - Art Walk is July 2nd!
 
Sirens Seafood Bar will be serving fresh Dungeness Crab Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in July & August, located on the lower deck of Sirens, 823 Water St.

Port Townsend Film Festival pass prices are increasing, buy before July 6th and save $$!


Welcome Truelux Candles, opening on Saturday, July 2nd. Located at 840 Water St in the McCurdy Building., this will be their second location. Their flagship store is located in Poulsbo. 

"Shop til 7 pm" all summer long on Fridays and Saturdays! Summer is here and the sidewalks are starting to fill up! For a complete list of businesses that will be open until 7 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, visit our website. Port Townsend Main Street Concerts on the Dock continue each Thursday through Sept. 1st! Come out and enjoy the awesome music line-up, thanks to Dominic Svornich, our music coordinator. This music on the waterfront is brought to you by the Port Townsend Main Street Program, Homer Smith Insurance, Kitsap Credit Union, Uptown Pub & Grill, KPTZ 91.9 FM, The Peninsula Daily News, The CoLab, the City of Port Townsend and generous local businesses. Local vendors and a Beer/Wine & Cider Garden contribute to the festive atmosphere. Seating opens at 4:30 pm, music starts at 5:00 pm and end at 7:30 pm.
