Vulnerable Populations Workshops
Calgarians have expressed interest in better understanding vulnerable and marginalized Calgarians who live downtown. Social service agencies, business organizations, The City of Calgary and Calgary Police Service are partnering to provide workshops to respond to this interest.

Land Use Bylaw Proposed Changes
We’ve been hearing quite a bit recently about some proposed changes to the Land Use Bylaw that outline specific parcel dimensions for homes with secondary suites (specifically report M-2016-004). On April 13, we sent a letter to all presidents and planning committees on these changes. You can also read the letter here.

Sports Ramps
The City of Calgary is proposing amendments to the land use bylaw and community standards bylaw that would allow for sports ramps on private residential properties. More details can be found here.

Engaging Through Safety
Our NEW Building Community workshop will focus on increasing resident engagement through crime prevention and safety initiatives – join us May 5!
