Golf With Us on Friday, August 12
Registration is open for our 4th Annual Chip in Fore Communities Golf Tournament, presented by Save-on-Foods! This year's tournament will take place on Friday, August 12 at noon at the Canal at Delacour Golf Club. At only $160 for an individual or a discounted $600 for a foursome you will receive lunch, a round of golf with a power cart, dinner, the opportunity to win some amazing prizes, and most importantly, an extremely fun-filled day with your peers! Village Beer Claim Deadline TOMORROW
A reminder that the deadline to submit your Village beer claim form from Neighbour Day beer purchases is tomorrow, June 30! Your President and Treasurer were sent the form.

Neighbour Day Recap
Last Saturday, June 18, our Engagement Team visited a total of 35 community association Neighbour Day events across the city! We enjoyed delicious food and took part in some wonderful activities. We hope everyone had a great Neighbour Day 2016!

Developed Areas Guidebook
In case you missed it, on June 15 we hosted a public information session with the City of Calgary on the Developed Areas Guidebook. The City’s presentation can now be found online here.

Vital Signs Survey Deadline Now July 10
Calgary’s Vital Signs® is an annual check-up that measures the vitality of Calgary, identifies significant trends and assigns grades in areas critical to the quality of life in Calgary.  Fill it out here by July 10. 
Energizing Spaces Deadline September 30
The round two deadline for the Energizing Spaces Fund is September 30. Round one applications who did not receive funds will be carried over into round two. However, it is recommended that you submit new quotes so the prices are accurate. Click here for details.

  2. Opportunity to comment on the wording for the Land Use Bylaw wording on sport ramps
  3. Mandatory bylaw for building maintenance
City of Calgary Waste & Recycling bylaw changes now require on-site recycling practices, so we encourage all our members to review the City’s guide for adopting (or improving) your recycling programs. Community associations with buildings will need to educate renters about on-site recycling requirements. Community associations will be liable for potential fines and penalties should your renters be non-compliant. See the below resources for helpful information.
