Duncan Phillips have completed this week on a sale involving the Coop in Waltham Abbey. The supermarket itself, is unaffected, but the shop investments, (the tenants remain unchanged), and the vacant offices have been sold for in excess of £1m …
The vacant shop has been let, (new tenant details to be released shortly) and the vacant offices are to be converted into 10 luxury flats.
All interested parties in the flats should speak to Derek in the office on 01992 701133. We have two pre-sold already.


This month we'd like to introduce David Saltman to the Duncan Phillips team. David is in the role of Commercial Sales & Letting Manager.

David comes with 32 years expertise within the property industry during which time he's dealt with both residential and commercial sales and lettings, as well as specialising in land and development and investment acquisition and disposal.

Super Green Racing Team
The Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup season has ended for 2016, but Ben Green is still racing. Ben was recently invited to join Ginetta Cars and Century Motorsport in his debut international race at the V de V Championship in Portugal. The team came third, racing in the Ginetta G57-P2 prototype.
